The re-established former A-League club Gold Coast United is the top tier football entity at the Gold Coast, being the only entity at the Gold Coast licensed by Football QLD and the FFA to run National Premier League programs for men, women, boys and girls. 

Gold Coast United are a former A-League club which has been brought back into the QLD NPL as a grass roots community driven organization representing the entire Gold Coast.

The Role: Football Coach

Reports to: Technical Director

Location: Gold Coast

Salary package: $57k to 67k

We are seeking a full time football coach with either AFC A or UEFA equivalent qualifications.

The full time coach will be responsible for the following:

• Coach at least 1 team at National Premier League level
• Ensures that all players with appropriate desire and abilities have access to football pathways regardless of their financial status.
• Maintains exceptional levels of professionalism and governance for the greater good of football and facilitating the participation of all stakeholders at the Gold Coast.
• Educates grass roots players around the Gold Coast.
• Assists grass roots clubs with coach education.
• Works with schools around the Gold Coast to educate school coaches and assist in creation and management of football programs for the schools.

Essential skills:

• AFC A license or FFA recognised equivalent knowledge, understanding and experience working in the area of talented player development
• Experience in a coaching role under the current National Curriculum
• High level communication skills
• Ability to work with technical staff/coaches
• Ability to provide leadership and direction.

The Salary Package

Builders license is not required but experience is. The person is required to read plans and follow instructions, think on your feet, problem solve etc, and be able to work alone and potentially train someone to assist you as most jobs require a minimum of two people. 

You must have a construction white card. Any other licenses like scissor lift, working at height's etc is a bonus.

A well established Commercial Construction Company based in North Gold Coast are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team. They have been operating for over 10 years and are a well known reputable Company operating throughout the Queensland region.

Your new role
In your new role you will be assisting both the Project Manager and the Safety officer with documents and paperwork. You will be assisting with Project management plans, Reviewing letters of offer and PO's against tender offers and also reviewing approvals in order to ensure compliance is up to date and saved to online system. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining files and records as well as participating in handover meetings from Project Manager to Supervisor. You will prepare and issue contract agreements, approvals, plans and permits along with sourcing of materials when required.

In order to succeed you must have a strong knowledge of Construction Documentation and have good attention to detail and accuracy. You will be working closely with the Project Managers and Safety Manager who run multiple jobs so you must have good communication skills and be able to multitask.
