The Videography Interns will assist in the development and execution of video content across a range of networks including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Advertising and even Television. • Editing for a variety of formats including Instagram stories & posts, website, etc.
• Editing to suit our brand style, maintaining fonts and colours
• Delivering quality content in a timely manner

Key Duties

• To undertake digital marketing campaigns and projects, support the launch of innovative new products, and help the business to achieve its goals.

Purpose

Support financial advisers in providing exceptional service and delivering
innovative financial and lifestyle solutions for clients.

Key Duties

• Support financial advisers in obtaining information required for financial plans and retirement coaching
• Assist in the creation of individual financial plans for clients
• Maintain privacy & confidentiality at all times
• Assist in other tasks as required

Key Skills & Attributes

• Financial literacy and analytic skills, from Business/Finance studies
• Ability to quickly build a rapport with clients
• Able to explain financial concepts in ways that clients can relate to, adapting style to their background and interests, using stories and examples they can relate to.
• Ability to strictly adhere to Smart Retirement’s confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Ability to work within a highly regulated environment, preferably having studied financial risk/compliance as part of university course
• Current Police check
• Alignment with company values, including commitment to innovation and holistic approach to retirement planning
• Willingness to work with and provide support to a small team
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• High professional standards of dress, behaviour and communication

Key Duties

• Maintenance of 2 Learning Management Systems (Coassemble and Learn Worlds)
• Customise client courses and have input into creating unique, engaging implementation plans to help clients with best outcomes
• Assist in the enrolment of registered students
• Set up client files
• Effectively communicate with clients and build relationships
• Respond to learner inquiries and assist with troubleshooting
• Management of integration with SurveyMonkey
• Create presentations with client results
• Basic administration support
• Assist with various projects as required
