Posted: 13th Oct

Blockchain Collective recently won the August 2020 Student Employability monthly award given by the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards. Each month, awards are presented in 10 categories, culminating in the annual awards for each category and the Business of the Year Award.

Blockchain Collective is an education body working with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and Universities to deliver a benchmark standard of education that empowers professionals and students with the necessary skills for a future in blockchain technology. This is done through the Advanced Diploma of Applied Blockchain 10747NAT and the Diploma of Applied Blockchain 10849NAT, the first ever in Australia.

The Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards was launched in 1996 and is now in its 25th year. The Awards have grown to be recognised as the region’s most comprehensive and prestigious business awards scheme.

The Student Employability Award, sponsored by Study Gold Coast, “recognises and celebrates businesses who are engaged with the Gold Coast education and training sector. Engagement between industry and the education and training sector is critical to ensuring the city is producing work-ready graduates who can become the next generation of leaders driving the Gold Coast economy. This also supports the city to attract quality students and talent to the Gold Coast, which drives innovation and supports the growth of the Gold Coast business community. Applicants must be a member of the Study Gold Coast Employability Program: Talent for Business Growth, a program that provides growth incentives for businesses to engage with the Gold Coast education and training sector and rewards and recognises those that are already engaged.” Learn more about the other awards here:
